OnSite Waste Technologies

Is a California-based company founded in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs, engineers, and medical waste executives with a common belief that healthcare providers deserve better solutions. We like to think that when our healthcare heroes thrive, we all thrive.

This seemingly simple mission illuminated one of the greatest challenges healthcare providers face today: their medical waste.

Chief Executive Officer

Chris brings a career in highly regulated B2B recurring services and nearly a decade in specialty healthcare waste to his role as CEO. Entrepreneurial and driven by possibility, he builds exceptional teams and champions technology and sustainability as pathways to a circular, waste-free future.

Outside OnSite, Chris coaches his son’s flag football and baseball teams in Huntington Beach and is the proud founder of the Anti-Waste Waste Club.

Desiree Williamson

VP of Client Experience
Joined 2019

Since joining OnSite in 2019, Desiree has worn nearly every hat, from supporting clients and navigating the Long-Term Care segment through the pandemic to leading Sales and Service. Today, she oversees Client Experience and Continuous Improvement with diligence, ownership, and a grounded, process-driven approach.

Outside work, Des is a creative, aesthetic-loving wife and mother of two, plus her beloved pup Rambo.

Joseph Perez

Head of Technology, Operations, and Systems

Joseph is the connective force behind OnSite’s technology and operational systems, keeping a lean business running cohesively. Exceptionally resourceful and driven by continuous improvement, he uses technology to automate, streamline, and scale while championing OnSite’s Spartan mindset of maximizing every resource.

Beloved by his teammates, Joseph is a devoted husband and father of three who enjoys multi-year Dungeons & Dragons adventures and thought-provoking philosophical discussions.

Megan MacDonald

Client Support Executive

A published scientist and researcher, Megan brings an inquisitive mind and thoughtful problem-solving to every client interaction. Driven to deliver five-star experiences, she combines technical insight with genuine care, taking ownership of challenges and celebrating client feedback. Her passion is contagious, and she’s the proud mom of office pup Kona.

Outside OnSite, Liz champions local arts, crafts, and libraries. An avid reader and beer and whiskey enthusiast, she’s most proud of being a devoted daughter, sister, and cat mom.

Fabian Murillo

Client Support Executive

Fabian is the heart of OnSite, embodying the loyalty, care, and relentless dedication that define our culture. Starting in customer service, he now leads new Client Onboarding and Training, successfully welcoming an average of 150–200 clients each month. His commitment knows no bounds, even spending nights at the office to ensure every client is taken care of.

Liz Tobon

Services Coordinator

Liz is the logistical powerhouse behind OnSite’s nationwide service network, coordinating thousands of monthly service assignments while connecting clients, suppliers, and service providers. Accounts Receivable Lead

Krista brings a successful career in accounts receivable, accounting, and business operations to OnSite. She leads receivables across thousands of clients and distributor relationships, bringing experience and dedication to an essential part of the business.

Outside work, Krista is a devoted wife and loving mother of two.

Deven Hernandez

National Account Manager
Joined 2020

Having led Customer Service, Client Experience, and Accounts Receivable at OnSite, Deven knows the business from every angle. Today, she supports major national accounts, designing customized programs and delivering an elevated, white-glove experience.

Based in Hawaii, Deven is a devoted wife and mother whose big heart and even bigger smile make every interaction memorable.

Priya Khetani

Client Support Executive

Early in her career but already making an impact, Priya brings a bubbly personality, exceptional intelligence, and a big heart to OnSite’s client experience. Thoughtful and eager to help, she ensures clients feel heard, supported, and cared for as quickly as possible.

Outside work, Priya is a loving daughter and sister.

Annalisha Collins

Continuous Improvement Manager

As Continuous Improvement Manager, Annalisha supports OnSite’s commitment to getting better every day. She brings a career full of experience and a broad set of skills spanning Client Experience, Onboarding, Sales, and Sales Operations. Her leadership role with OnSite focuses on strengthening processes, finding smarter ways to work, and helping the company continuously elevate its operations and client experience as it grows.

Outside of work, Annalisha is a loving mother and loyal wife to her fun, intelligent, and athletic husband Andrew.

Isabella Conde

Inside Sales Manager
Joined 2025

Isa is a fireball of energy whose contagious smile can brighten any room. As Inside Sales Manager, she empowers, trains, and develops a competitive, cohesive team while bringing OnSite’s culture everywhere she goes.

She proudly launched OnSite’s Spanish-language business segment in May of 2025, which now serves hundreds of Spanish-speaking practices and community centers nationwide. Outside work, Isa is an avid global traveler with the goal of stepping foot in a new country every three months.

Stephen Alviso

National Waste Consultant
Joined 2019

With nearly a decade in Medical Waste and a career in highly-regulated business services, Steve brings deep industry expertise to OnSite’s National Accounts. Having worked across Sales and Sales Operations, he now develops customized programs for National Operators and Distribution partners.

Beyond work, Steve is a devoted husband and father of three with a passion for jazz and all things New Orleans.

Samantha Erickson

Samantha knows OnSite inside and out, having worn several hats across Operations and Client Experience. Today, she plays a key role in the National Distribution Channel, specializing in Long-Term Care and developing customized programs for Multi-Region Operators and National organizations.

Her broad experience brings valuable insight to every partnership. Outside OnSite, Samantha is a loving wife, mother, and devoted dog mom.

Valerie made such an impression during her 2026 summer internship that she joined OnSite as a Client Associate. Passionate and driven, she supports independent practices nationwide and helps expand programs for Spanish-speaking clients.
